Job Summary: 

The Sales and Pricing Analyst will manage all distributed pricebooks to ensure efficient, accurate and systematic product pricing, quoting, and ordering for resellers, internal sales and customers.  This position will also provide regular sales reports and manage reseller performance award programs and promotional sales programs.

Responsibilities: 

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Generate, maintain and distribute reseller and distributor price books worldwide ensuring consistency of pricing between the pricebooks and Oracle
  • Continuously improve pricebooks and product order forms to streamline quoting and automate the ordering process
  • Communicate and train 3D Systems customer service on all new or revised pricing
  • Generate, maintain and distribute detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly and YTD sales reports that track actual sales, both unit and revenue, versus established budgets/targets at the product, reseller and territory level with regional rollup summaries
  • Track and manage promotional sales programs including special promotions and reseller incentive award programs
  • Assist with product forecasting reports and special CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com) reports as requested by management
  • Special projects and data reports as requested by management
Qualifications: 

Education and Training:

Four year bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, computer science and/or business/accounting management, or relevant educational, analytical and data management experience.

Experience:

Minimum 1 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL or similar query language, intermediate to advanced knowledge of other MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to learn new software products as required
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex business data
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Oracle, or a similar software 
  • Good presentation and basic training skills 
  • Must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, meet deadlines, strive to exceed expectations, and deliver results
  • Desire to learn about the industry in which the company operates, the products the company sells and the sales channels used by the company to sell its products
