Our family of 3-D Modelers, Stereolithography (SLA®) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS®) Systems is used to generate product concept models, precision and functional prototypes, master patterns for tooling, and end-use parts. Through Direct Digital Manufacturing and an Additive Manufacturing process, these prototypes and end-use parts are build on our systems within hours directly from CAD files (.STL format).

Customers rely on 3D Systems to deliver accurate, high-definition, cost-effective, quality physical parts from their digital input quickly and efficiently without the need to invest in expensive tooling, recurring setups, lengthy changeovers and prolonged lead-times.

As part of our integrated systems approach, we develop materials specially designed for use with our 3-D Printing, Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Manufacturing systems and processes to produce high-quality models, prototypes and direct parts. Our VisiJet®, Accura® and DuraForm® Material lines include photopolymer, metal, nylon, engineered plastic and nanocomposite, and thermoplastic resins and powders.
