Job Summary: 

The Lead Generation Specialist is a highly motivated and confident person with the ability to grasp complex product knowledge; a self-starter with the ability to uncover leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities: 
  • Proactively  prospect and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for calls and lead generation
  • Operate the CRM system and ensure authentic information is available for all contacts and companies
  • Manage the database of potential customers and contact them regularly
Qualifications: 

Education & Training:
2 year degree preferred; high school diploma required

Experience:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a professional office setting
  • Experience telemarketing products and/or services over the phone highly desirable
  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing industries highly desirable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required
  • Requires an ambitious and optimistic personality with a “can do” approach to lead generation in a competitive environment
  • Disciplined work ethic with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
