Job Summary: 

The Project Administrator is a highly detail oriented and motivated problem solver with the ability to grasp complex product knowledge and application logic; a self-starter with the ability to strengthen and grow existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities: 
  • Proactively process orders and identify & provide solutions to project issues
  • Provide top-notch customer service according to team wide workload
  • Confirm certain CAD data is complete and compatible with purchase specifications
  • Provide data to suppliers required to successfully produce the project
  • Provide necessary documentation to Finance for project invoicing
  • Communicate changes and progress of projects to the sales team
  • Provide backup project support when a team member is out of the office
Qualifications: 

Education & Training:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma required

Experience:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a professional office setting
  • Experience working as part of an inside customer service team
  • Experience with 2D or 3D CAD software highly desirable
  • Experience in engineering and manufacturing industries highly desirable     

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills required
  • Requires an ambitious and optimistic personality with a “can do” approach to solving problems creatively in a fast paced environment
  • Disciplined work ethic with sharp attention to detail
  • Willingness to take direction and execute without hesitation
