3D Systems Corporation (Nasdaq: TDSC), a leading provider of 3-D Modeling, Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing solutions, announced today that it will launch its new, fast, high-definition InVision® XT 3-D Modeler, at the RP&M (RAPID) exhibition on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at the Hotel Marriott at Renaissance in Detroit, Michigan. 3D Systems expects to begin shipments of the InVision® XT 3-D Modeler in June 2007.
The InVision® XT 3-D Modeler quickly and efficiently builds three-dimensional plastic models and prototypes directly in the office environment. It provides users with high-definition, functional and durable models that are able to withstand rigorous handling and testing. This new, versatile InVision® XT 3-D Modeler produces models in a variety of materials colors (white, blue or dark gray), suitable for a wide range of applications. Melt-away supports enable hands-free post processing and deliver a user friendly operation.
