(NASDAQ: TDSCE). 3D Systems Corp. announced today that Nasdaq has determined to continue the listing of the Company's securities on The Nasdaq National Market under an exception that requires the Company to file its 2002 10-K and any amended financial statements by June 30, 2003, and to file its first quarter 2003 10-Q by July 14, 2003.
