VALENCIA, Calif., Mar. 3, 2004 -
3D Systems Corporation (Nasdaq: TDSC) announced today that it has settled its litigation with Regent Pacific Management Corporation, which had provided management services to the Company from 1999 to 2002.
The Company also announced that it has settled litigation brought by E. James Selzer, the Company’s former chief financial officer, on terms that were not material to the Company.
The Company previously announced its February 4, 2004 agreement with EOS GmbH that settled all worldwide disputes and litigation between 3D Systems and EOS. Under the terms of that settlement agreement, 3D Systems and EOS waived all claims for damages with respect to their disputes and litigation and licensed various patents to each other.
