3D Lightyear and Buildstation software

3D Lightyear File Preparation Software version 1.4 - for use with all SLA systems

This software release is compatible with Buildstation 5.4 software for all SLA systems, and with Buildstation 4.0.0 software exclusively for the SLA 250 system.

Service Packs for 3D Lightyear version 1.4 file preparation software 

3D Lightyear software Service Pack 6 provides the complete build style updates for users of Accura 25 and Accura 60 SL material, and is compatible with the Viper™Pro and Viper™ SLA system, as well as the SLA 3500/5000/7000 systems.

This Service Pack also contains build styles for other SL materials, including those styles provided in earlier Service Packs. It also includes the cumulative updates that were included in 3D Lightyear 1.4 software Service Packs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively.

All service packs are supplements to the 3D Lightyear 1.4 software. Therefore, 3D Lightyear 1.4 software must be currently installed on your workstation before you install any Service Pack. Because the latest Service Pack contains all prior Service Packs, you can install the latest Service Pack with or without installing any prior Service Pack. There is no corresponding Service Pack for Buildstation software.

To install, download the file to your local system, and double click the file. The file will extract the required setup files to to a location you choose on your local system. Then, run the Setup.exe file to install the Service Pack.

Buildstation 5.4 Update 1

Buildstation 5.4 Update 1 provides fixes for the leveling issues on SLA Viper systems and optimizes power determination for scanning each part layer. All SLA system customers that have Buildstation 5.4 software installed on their system should install this update - especially Viper SLA system owners. The installation and use of this update does not require additional license keys from 3D Systems.

Buildstation 5.4 software must be installed prior to installing this Buildstation 5.4 Update 1 software. Download the Readme_Update1.txt file for further information.
