ROCK HILL, South Carolina, February 22, 2013 3D Systems (NYSE:DDD) announced today that the conversion rate of the company’s 5.50% senior convertible notes due 2016 has been adjusted to reflect the previously announced three-for-two split of the company’s common stock in the nature of a 50% stock dividend.  The stock split was declared by the Board of Directors of the company on February 5, 2013.  After giving effect to the adjustment for the stock split, the conversion rate in effect immediately prior to the open of business on February 22, 2013, and thereafter, is 69.9032 shares of common stock per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
