ROCK HILL, South Carolina – May 19, 2011 – 3D Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: TDSC) announced today that it is supporting Autodesk, a leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software, in an exciting new initiative to empower makers to bring their ideas to reality.

To complement its free* Autodesk 123D design application for makers that is currently in public beta, Autodesk has launched its Autodesk 123D web site, a destination for the maker community to create, print and share their unique designs. 3D Systems supports the Autodesk 123D site with on-demand 3D print services and personal 3D printers and kits starting at $1,300 USD.
