ROCK HILL, South Carolina – May 17, 2010 - 3D Systems (NASDAQ: TDSC) announced today that it plans to exhibit and present the benefits of its growing Additive Manufacturing capabilities at the RAPID 2010 Conference and Exposition. The company’s suite of design-to-manufacturing solutions and services will be on display at the Disneyland Hotel May 18-20, 2010 in Booth 403.

The company plans to discuss and share its growing success in this area by delivering a presentation titled ”Using SLS to Manufacture Aerospace Parts” at the conference. The presentation will be delivered by Scott Turner, 3D Systems’ vice president sales, 3Dproparts and make use of actual customer case studies to highlight 3D Systems’ Rapid Manufacturing experience and success through a series of part examples. 3D Systems has been leading the adoption of large scale custom manufacturing solutions in aerospace, defense, and transportation for over a decade.
