Cimatron's distributor in France, FB Systems, is located on the Lyon University Campus and has forged strong links with the academic community. INSA Lyon is ranked among the top universities of Science and Technology in Europe. It offers a 5 year curriculum in which it trains humanist multi-competent engineers who are both innovative and entrepreneurial.

The 2009 version of GibbsCAM was released at the end of last year and also contains a wide range of productivity enhancements for milling, mill turn and High Speed Milling.
