The move, to be completed March 27, marks another milestone for Geomagic, as the company responds to customers by strengthening its organization and expanding facilities worldwide.

An integral part of the new facility is an enhanced Geomagic Training Center, equipped with state-of-the-art workstations, 3D scanning hardware and the latest Geomagic digital reconstruction and computer-aided inspection software available. The center will be used for customer training sessions and Geomagic-hosted technology conferences.

The facility's dedicated technology laboratory will enable Geomagic to make use of advanced scanning technology in a secure research and development environment that is also available for consulting, implementation and other digital shape sampling and processing services for customers.

The new offices are located on the third floor of the Cape Fear Building of the Progress Center at 3200 Chapel Hill-Nelson Road (Hwy. 54), Cape Fear Building, Suite 300, Research Triangle Park, N.C. USA 27709. The company's telephone numbers and mailing address remain the same.

“The need for this new facility highlights our aggressive growth path, made possible through the hard work and dedication of our staff and industry partners,” says Ping Fu, chairman, president and CEO of Geomagic. “I am grateful for all they have contributed.”

A formal open house is planned for this summer, to be combined with the Geomagic 10th Anniversary celebration.
