ROCK HILL, South Carolina, October 7, 2011 – 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE: DDD) today announced that, at a special meeting held today, its stockholders approved an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares of Common Stock from 60,000,000 to 120,000,000.
