Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality
We conducted a comprehensive materiality assessment, in collaboration with a third-party sustainability consultancy, to identify the most significant Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues impacting both our stakeholders and business operations. Understanding the expectations of our key stakeholders is important to further evolving our sustainability program and ensuring we prioritize the most relevant ESG topics. As part of this process, we engaged leadership, employees, customers, investors, and industry peers through focus groups, interviews, surveys, and desktop research. The findings of this assessment align with and reinforce our Sustainability Pillars.
