I believe that you should try to learn something new every day. I've found that when I start to think I know everything about any one topic I find out that I don't. It keeps me humble. So when asked if there was anything I've learned about our products worth saying I knew exactly what to share with you all.
I have been testing the Geomagic Studio and Wrap side of our industrial products for a few years now. I have also been a Geomagic Studio user for over ten years and in doing so I have become more familiar with scan data and our seemingly endless list of supported import formats. I also knew about our incorporation of PTC's Granite Interop Kernel and our ability to read native PTC Pro/ENGINEER part files.
What I was NOT aware of is our ability to read other native CAD formats through our CAD Importer! Used primarily on the metrology side of our Industrial Product line in Geomagic Qualify Probe, for free! You can open PTC Creo Elements/Pro (formerly Pro/ENGINEER, CATIA V4 and V5, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and UG/NX!
