Make Production Parts Fast
The Atlas-H prints parts up to 10X faster with dual pellet extrusion and a high-speed motion control system.
-
Decrease Part Costs
Reduce material costs up to 10X with pellet feedstocks for model and support materials.
-
End-Use Manufacturing Ready
Create large, high performance parts, on-demand, that are ready for your manufacturing production floor.
Industrial Additive Manufacturing Systems
The Atlas-H features a heavy-duty, robust frame and industrial components to enable printing with dual retracting pellet extruders while still achieving fast print speeds and high accuracy.
Expanding extrusion capabilities, the Atlas-H enables manufacturers to print with multiple types of pellet materials, the most affordable 3D printing feedstock. The Atlas-H is proven for applications in aerospace, automotive, casting, government/defense, consumer goods, visual merchandising, and more.
Pellet Extrusion on the Atlas-H
3D print with high temperature materials including CF-PEI, GF-PEKK, and GF-PC on the Atlas-H with Titan’s pellet extrusion system and industrial heated enclosure. Direct pellet-fed 3D printing enables the use of a wide range of materials while reducing material cost by up to 10X and with up to 10X higher deposition rates compared to filament 3D printing.
Hybrid Dual Pellet + Filament Extrusion
The Atlas-H with Hybrid Dual Pellet + Filament Extrusion system provides the ultimate flexibility to choose the right extrusion technique for your application. For large parts that need to be printed quickly, select pellet extrusion for high deposition rates. For parts that require high surface resolution and fine details, filament extrusion is the preferred method. Hybrid printing also enables printing with dual materials, such as a soluble support material and high-performance model material.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Atlas-H can support up to three extruders on its gantry. The Atlas-H is available with two pellet extruders and an optional single filament extruder. The Atlas-H is also available with dual pellet extruders and a “filament ready” option, meaning a filament extruder can be added at a later time. See the Atlas-HS for Additive and Subtractive capabilities that includes a spindle toolhead.
Pellets, or granules, are the most affordable 3D printing feedstock available. With the dual retracting pellet extruders on the Atlas-H, you are no longer limited to using filament extrusion in order to print with multiple materials. Some examples include printing with a high-performance model material and a water soluble support material out of pellets, or printing with rigid and flexible pellet materials on the same part.
No, the Atlas-H can utilize 100’s of grades of pellet materials and dozens of filament materials from the supplier of your choice. Titan’s experts can recommend the right materials for your application and provide materials already proven on the Atlas-H system
Titan has an extensive network of material partners to help you procure the right pellet materials for your application, including custom formulations. As an authorized distributor for several material companies, pellet materials can be purchased directly from Titan using our customers-only online consumables store.
Unlike the Atlas, which can only have one pellet extruder, the Atlas-H is available with a Dual Pellet Extrusion system, as well as a Hybrid Dual Pellet + Filament Extrusion system. The Atlas-H is also only available with the larger print volumes of the 2.5 at 42″x42″x44″ and the 3.6 50″x50″x72″. Finally, the Atlas-H features a heavy-duty, robust frame and industrial components to support both pellet extruders.
