Boost time-to-market, from design to pre-production, and increase product performance by maximizing the use of advanced 3D printing solutions

In the extremely competitive consumer technology industry, differentiation is essential. To succeed, companies must continuously deliver groundbreaking products to market faster and create unique customer experiences that deliver value.

Consumers often express potentially conflicting requirements that place demands on engineering, for instance expecting high strength-to-weight while maintaining compactness for better daily life use, combined with an attractive appearance and offering an opportunity for customizability.

Our consultative approach, cutting-edge 3D printing technologies and production-grade materials can give you a competitive advantage to solve technical and design challenges, faster. These complete 3D printing solutions accelerate prototyping and low volume production, and facilitate mass customization for a vast array of new and emerging consumer technologies. This can range from spatial computing and portable internet connected devices to smart homes and other consumer electronics.

Join our experts in this webinar to:

  • Understand the challenges in consumer technology devices and how advanced 3D printing solutions accelerate innovation, from design to pre-production
  • Explore our consultative approach and the wide range of 3D printing applications for consumer technology products. This is illustrated by our VR headset case study, leveraging advanced 3D printing capabilities for the different components. For instance:
    • Durability, flame retardancy, accuracy and surface finish for housings and covers
    • Biocompatibility, UV and chemical resistance for this wearable devices
    • Elastomeric materials or 100% silicon parts with eggshell molding for seals and gaskets
    • Clarity for transparent assemblies
    • And many more, getting each component in a matter of hours!
