ACE Wash Tank
ACE is a large-format wash solution designed to support a wide range of SLA build platforms including the SLA 825 Dual. Built for safety, flexibility, and ease of use, ACE provides a fully pneumatic, non-explosive washing process suitable for a variety of solvent-based workflows.
Its adjustable locking mechanisms secure different build platform sizes in place, while large operator controls and a pneumatic timer simplify operation. The enclosed clam-shell lid helps reduce solvent evaporation and fumes, while allowing parts to be raised out of the solvent and left to drain or dry with the lid closed.
With universal solvent compatibility, no interlock requirements, tall lid clearance, and smooth tank sides designed to prevent damage to loose parts during washing, ACE offers a practical and adaptable solution for safer, more efficient large-format SLA post-processing.
C1 Max
The AM Solutions C1 Max is an automated post-processing system designed for efficient cleaning of large SLA polymer parts using a combination of chemical, thermal, and mechanical action. For SLA 825 Dual workflows, the system can be upgraded to fit the larger 850 x 850 x 550mm platform. The system uses a specially developed processing medium without critical solvents such as IPA, helping reduce handling, fumes, and operating costs while improving cleaning consistency. With stored processing recipes, fill-level monitoring, automatic refilling, and simplified support removal, the C1 Max offers a controlled, repeatable, and operator-friendly cleaning solution for production-oriented SLA post-processing.
